From 60's this vintage collector piece with manual wind movement, recently serviced by watchmaker.
This Minnie watch is from a series of watches that were made for the Italian market. The series was called "Topolino" (The Italian name for Mickey Mouse) and were sold in the 60's. They came in flat book type plastic boxes with great graphics! The series included Donal, Mickey, Minnie, & Pluto.
Case:
o Chromed die cast with marks and scratches all over
o Fine condition with strong geometry
o 30.5mm without crown / 37mm lug to lug / 9.5mm thickness / 16mm lug width
o new generic plexiglass
Movement:
o Mechanical manual wind - was cleaned by watchmaker but impossible to regulate better than the results presented at Timegrapher, sold in this condition
dial and movement are not totally fixed to the case , it is normal to feel shaking when manual wind
Dial & Hands:
o Untouched in great condition
Bracelet Material:
o New 16mm red leather
Conclusion / Condition:
A great collector disney piece in working condition, although not maintaining time as desired is a piece of over 60 years and collection
