Return & Refund Policy — Wrist Treasure

1. European Union Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off Period)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason. 

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day window at wrist.treasure24@gmail.com. 

2. Eligibility & Strict Return Conditions
Due to the high-value and vintage nature of our timepieces, all returned items undergo a rigorous technical inspection upon arrival. To be eligible for a full refund:
- The item must be in the exact condition in which it was received: unworn, unaltered, and unserviced by third parties.
- The watch must retain all original tags, protective films, documentation, boxes, and warranty cards intact.
- Serial numbers and movement parts must match our pre-shipment photographic and technical records. Any sign of wear, strap adjustment, opening of the case back, or damage will result in the immediate rejection of the return.
- Proof of purchase/receipt is required.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Buyer Responsibility
Unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect upon arrival:
- The customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
- Returns must be sent via a tracked, fully insured express courier service. Wrist Treasure is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
- Original shipping fees, custom duties, import taxes, and non-refundable payment processing fees are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Return
Items sent back without prior written request and approval will be rejected.
1. Email us at wrist.treasure24@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
2. Once verified, we will provide the return authorization and shipping address.

5. Inspection & Refunds
Upon receipt, our watchmakers will inspect the returned timepiece (checking serial numbers, movement condition, and cosmetics). 
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If the watch shows any signs of wear, tampering, or missing elements, the return will be denied, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it to wrist.treasure24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos/videos of the package and item.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, personalized watches, customized straps, sale/discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.
