This Helvetia timepiece comes from a brand that shares its roots with Omega, one of the most prestigious names in horology.
The Helvetia brand was originally registered in 1892 by Louis Brandt & Frère, the very same founders of Omega, under the corporate structure of La Générale Watch Co. (General Watch Company). Both Helvetia and Omega were sister brands, born from the same Swiss manufacturer and sharing movements, design philosophies, and production standards during the early decades of the 20th century.
