The iconic Tissot Banana is a legendary design whose curved dial would later inspire brands like Franck Muller — yet it predates them by decades. First introduced by Tissot in 1916, the Banana became a symbol of bold, unconventional watchmaking, with a story forever linked to a Russian diplomat and the events of 1917, leaving this model preserved in Swiss history.
This later vintage interpretation keeps that spirit alive with its instantly recognizable rectangular “banana” case, champagne dial and unconventional hour markers. Powered by a reliable Swiss ETA quartz movement, it offers excellent accuracy and everyday usability. Despite its generous 27 x 49mm size, the slim, curved profile sits beautifully and comfortably on the wrist.
Finished with a gold-plated case, this is a true vintage Tissot: distinctive, collectible, and full of character.
