Movement:
o To ensure perfect operation and long-term reliability, this timepiece was recently serviced by renowned LED watch specialist. The service included an internal module upgrade to a modern PLT-1 circuit board (transplanting the original factory LED screen), replacement of a defective magnetic reed switch, fresh Renata silver oxide batteries, and a brand-new case-back rubber gasket.
How to Operate the Watch:
Displaying Time: Press the right-side button once to display hours and minutes. Press and hold the right button to display the running seconds counter.
Displaying Date: Press the left-side button to display the month and day.
How to Set the Time and Date (Magnet Adjustment System): For those unfamiliar with 1970s LED technology, this watch uses a fascinating magnetic setting system—there is no traditional setting crown!
Locate the Setting Magnet: On the inside of the original bracelet's clasp, there is a dedicated compartment holding a small setting magnet.
Setting the Hours & Minutes: On the case back, you will see stamped markings labeled "HR" (Hour) and "MIN" (Minute). Simply remove the small magnet from the clasp and place it directly over the "HR" or "MIN" indentations on the back. The magnet activates internal magnetic reed switches, advancing the hours or minutes on the display.
Setting the Date & AM/PM: Press both command buttons simultaneously and place the setting magnet in the "HR" recess on the case back. The date digits will advance, and the AM/PM indicator dot will alternate. Remove the magnet when the correct date and AM/PM setting are reached.
Setting the Month: Press the left button only (Digit/Date) and place the setting magnet in the "HR" recess on the case back. The month digits will advance until you remove the magnet at the desired month.
Bracelet Material:
o Original integrated gold-plated bracelet (Ref. 1203/211) with setting magnet stored inside the clasp, maximum wrist 18cm
