Movado, founded in 1881, is a pioneer in Swiss watchmaking, known for innovations like the Polyplan movement and the iconic Museum Dial. From the 40s, this rare Movado features a manual wind movement, recently serviced by a watchmaker.
Case:
o Chromed (recently re-plated) with back in stainless steel and fancy lugs, ref. 32825 serial B 81361
o Fine condition with strong geometry
o 35mm without crown / 41.5mm lug to lug / 10mm tickness / 17mm lug width
o Plexiglass in good condition
o Crown in good condition
Movement:
o Mechanical manual wind movado cal. 75 - serviced by watchmaker on March 2025
(movement was disassembled, washed, lubricated)
Dial & Hands:
o Silver with minor marks, we believe it was repainted in the past so the solidograf is not present, but some "pre" solidograf models were also produced without the model being written on the dial
Bracelet Material:
o New 17mm light brown leather, with generic chromed buckle

A very nice vintage piece in good working condition…
