A beautiful NOS Tank from the 70s/80s. Viscont was a small Swiss brand from the quartz crisis era that produced elegant dress watches using Swiss movements (PUW, FHF, Peseux, ETA). Almost unknown today, but 100% Swiss Made. This model is a perfect homage to the Cartier Tank Louis Cartier - square case, Roman dial, cabochon-style crown.

o NOS condition - still with original tag Viscont Super Lux Swiss Made / 296000
o Fine condition with strong geometry, light storage marks on plating as expected
o 27mm x 34.5mm without crown / 33mm lug to lug / 8mm thickness / 16mm lug width
Movement:
o Mechanical manual wind - 17 Jewels - Seventeen 17 Jewels marked on bridge
o Caliber FHF 36 In working condition - manual winding

Dial & Hands:
o Stunning white dial with black Roman numerals I to XII
o VISCONT signed in the center, railroad minute track inside the numerals

o New 16mm syntetic croco leather
Conclusion / Condition:
A very nice and rare NOS Tank from Viscont, still with its original green tag. For lovers of Cartier Tank design but looking for a true vintage Swiss mechanical watch with manual wind movement.A nice dress watch.
